About Me

Hello there! My name is Bruno, and I am a highly motivated and results-driven software developer based in Amsterdam. When I'm not coding, you can find me exploring the beautiful city of Amsterdam or indulging in my hobbies, which include bouldering and volleyball.

Experience

GRESB Amsterdam, Netherlands

Software Engineer - Graduation Internship (Feb. 2024 - Jul. 2024)

At GRESB, I was assigned the task of researching and developing a Data Dictionary aimed at storing data point definitions for use by other systems. This would enable these systems to rely on the dictionary to understand how data can be stored and collected. The project involved both backend and frontend development. It began with identifying requirements and included extensive research into data management tools such as ontologies and taxonomies. Additionally, I explored various software design methods, integration flows, and testing methodologies. The project was successfully designed, built, and integrated within GRESB's current infrastructure. Furthermore, this project was transformed into a thesis for my bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

TenTwentyFour Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg

Software Engineer - Internship (Jan. 2019 - Feb. 2019)

During my internship at TenTwenyFour, I developed a web application that was built using Vue.js for the front-end, Node.js for the back-end, and Elastic Search for the server. The primary function of the application was to scrape prices and specifications for domain servers from various websites and present the information based on user search criteria. This resulted in a valuable tool for users in the domain server market, facilitating their decision-making process.
